The Coges structure
The company core business is based on Research & Development, where the most innovative and functional ideas take form, and are transformed into our products. This department includes various design offices, each making a valuable contribution to finalization of the end product: mechanical components, electronic boards, programming firmware and the software for user management and upgrading. The testing and analysis laboratory is involved in checking the operation and compatibility of new products in relation to required specifications, while the technical documentation office gathers together all the necessary information in both paper and electronic formats. The passage from technical input into production is guaranteed by the industrialisation division, which monitors the production process, supporting the assembly, and electronic and electro-mechanical testing departments. The warehouse, despatch department and quality control division are all an integral part of the production department, while the Purchasing Department is involved in looking for, and maintaining contacts with the most qualified suppliers.
Our commercial success is the responsibility of the Commercial department, which includes a dynamic marketing office and is aided by a group of Area Managers, each of whom covers specific regions and markets. There is also an information system office that works to assure the efficient circulation of all kinds of information both inside and outside the company, thanks to the adoption of SAP; one of the most powerful and acclaimed management software systems currently available on the ERP market. An after-sales servicing and repair laboratory guarantees continuity of service to the customer on behalf of the company.
Finally, the perfect extension of the company is its wide network of authorised dealers distributed uniformly in both Italy and abroad. The highly qualified personnel are able to guarantee both servicing and technical advice. |
